OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if:
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aigenie regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
